Open a ticket or use the contact form. Include your order number and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
We confirm the return
If the item is eligible, we arrange a pickup or tell you where to hand it over.
Refund or replacement
After we inspect the item we refund the original payment method or send a replacement. Online refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear.

Eligible
Unused items in original packaging, wrong size or colour, damaged or incorrect products.
Usually not eligible
Opened innerwear or beauty seals, used electronics beyond a quick test, gift cards, and items marked final sale.
Refund timing
COD refunds are sent by bKash or bank after inspection. Card and wallet refunds go back to the source.
