10erdokan started with a simple idea: online shopping in Bangladesh should feel as trustworthy as buying from a neighbourhood store — without the extra trip.

We added cash on delivery first, then bKash, Nagad, and cards. Customers should never feel stuck at checkout.

Once an order is handed to the courier, tracking stays with the order. You can check it from the Track Order page or your account.
