Using this website
By browsing or placing an order on 10erdokan you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for orders placed from your account. Please tell us if you think someone else used it.
Orders & pricing
An order is an offer to buy. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or cannot be delivered to your address. If we cancel after payment, we refund the amount you paid.
Payments
We accept cash on delivery and the online methods listed on the Payment Methods page. Online payments are processed by our payment partners. You must use a method you are authorised to use.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen because of weather, courier capacity, or incomplete addresses. Please keep your phone on so the courier can reach you.
Returns
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days as described in the Return & Refund Policy. Used, damaged by the customer, or hygiene-sealed items may not qualify.
Limitation of liability
10erdokan is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, or for delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Bangladesh consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies to new orders.
