Charges & packing
Delivery is free on eligible orders over ৳1,000. Below that, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout from your address. We pack items to survive the courier ride — if a box arrives crushed, take photos and open a ticket the same day.
Do I need to be home?
Someone at the address should be able to receive the parcel and, for COD, pay the courier. Keep your phone reachable.
What courier do you use?
We ship with Pathao and other partners. Tracking appears on the order once the consignment is created.
Can I change my address?
Yes, until the order is handed to the courier. Message us from your account as soon as you can.
